SINOPSIS "GEMELOS"

Gemelos es la historia de dos niños que sienten y piensan de modo idéntico. Al llegar los tiempos de la Gran Guerra, su madre los abandona bajo la custodia dudosa de su abuela. Lejos, en un pequeño poblado, lejos del amor, de la calidez, de cualquier certeza. De este modo, los Gemelos se ven obligados por el destino a iniciar un proceso de auto educación que les permita sobrevivir al hambre, a la humillación permanente, al abandono, al orgullo, al abuso, a la corrupción, a la muerta y, finalmente… a la soledad.

“Gemelos” (Twins) is the story of two boys who do, feel and think in identical ways. When the Big War arrives, their mother leaves them under the doubtful custody of their Grandmother, far away, in a little village, apart from love, from warmth, from any certainty at all. Thus, the Twins are obliged by fate to initialize a process of self-education in order to survive pain, hunger, humiliation, abandon, pride, abuse, corruption, death… and finally, solitude.
